Pc IDE Zip Drive in good stead?

Other alternative ZIP Drive?  (  Whinchester........)

Do you mean that your internal IDE Zipdrive is defective
and you need another one or an alternative ?

You can look for a 2nd hand replacement...

Are you 100% sure that you need an IDE Zip? My old G1000 used SCSI drives...

Just make sure you research this well before purchasing one.

Yes, the Roland VA series were using the IDE Zip100
instead of SCSI like the EM-2000 and G-1000 did.
